3、curredforitemssuchasparts,services,andpre-approvedtravelarebilledatcostplusa15%handlingfee.PegasusTechnologieswillprovidetwice-monthlyinvoicesdetailingthenumberofhoursworked,thetasksundertaken,theamountdueforsuchservices,andanythird-partyexpensesincurred.PegasusTechnologiesshalldeli
4、verallsuchinvoicestotheCompanyatthefollowingaddress: (provideamailingaddress)b.TheCompanyshallpayeachConsultantinvoicenolaterthan30daysfollowingthedateoftheinvoice.Paymentsnotmadeinatimelymannerwillbesubjecttoaninterestchargeof1.5%permonthontheunpaidbalance.Seriouslyoverdueaccountsw
5、illbesubjecttoworkstoppageuntiltheaccountismadecurrentorsatisfactorypaymentarrangementshavebeenmade.PaymentshouldbemadeintheformofacheckpayableinUSdollarsto:PegasusTechnologies,Inc.108PawnookFarmRoadLenoirCity,TN37771c.TheConsultantacknowledgesthatitisanindependentcontractorandthati
6、tisnotentitledtoanybenefitsprovidedbytheCompanytoitsemployees.Unlessthepartiesmutuallyagree,theConsultantshallberesponsibleatitsownexpenseforallofitsownofficeoverheadandallsecretarialandclericalsupportservices.1.ConflictofInterest. TheConsultantagreestoinformtheCompanyofalltheConsul
7、tant'sinterests,ifany,whichmaybe,orwhichtheConsultanthasreasontobelievemaybe,incompatiblewiththeinterestsoftheCompanyortheCompany'scustomers.Inadditiontotheforegoing,theConsultantagreesnottomakeimproperuseofanyinformationthatcomestohimselforhisagentsorrepresentativesintheperformance
