6、上的指派调遣，并遵守此工作上之相关规定。若乙方违背上述相关规定确属情节重大，甲方得随时终止契约；甲、乙双方如因特别事故须提前终止契约时，应于一个月前提出预告，经甲、乙双方协议后乙方始得离职。乙方离职时，应先依照规定办妥离职手续。如有损害公物，或侵权情事（或违反甲方智能财产权规定），应负责赔偿。4.2DuringthetermofthisAgreement,Bshallplyhis/herdutiesinaccordanceayinitsdiscretionterminatethisAgreement.Ifatanytimethepar
