1、《中国医学创新》第14卷第18期（总第408期）2017年6月经验交流JingyanjiaoIiu胰腺囊性肿瘤的手术治疗时机、方式与术后并发症处理分析①朱立君【摘要】目的：分析胰腺囊性肿瘤的手术时机、方式以及术后并发症处理效果。方法：回顾性分析2014年9月-2016年1月来本院治疗的28例胰腺囊性肿瘤患者临床资料，术前施予相应的检查以明确肿瘤大小、范围、位置和类型，基于此采取相应的手术。结果：28例患者均行手术治疗，其中胰十二指肠切除术8例，胰体尾切除8例，腹腔镜下胰体尾切除术3例，胰腺节段切

2、除术5例，胰腺肿瘤局部剜除术2例，保留十二指肠行胰头切除术2例。围手术期间未有患者死亡，术后并发症：胰瘘3例，胃瘫2例，通过对症处理均痊愈。随访期间所有病例均未出现胰腺囊性肿瘤转移或复发。结论：针对胰腺囊性肿瘤患者术前检查结果，合理明确手术时机和手术方式，同时加强术后并发症的防治，对于疗效的提高和预后的改善有重要作用。【关键词】胰腺囊性肿瘤；手术治疗；时机；术后并发症SurgicalTreatmentTime，ApproachesandPostoperativeComplicationsAnal
