6、ationoftheotherparty,exceptinfurtheranceofthepurpose(s)setforthhereinabove,andagreethateachwillalsotakeallreasonablestepstopreventitsemployeesandconsultantsfromusingordisclosinganyoftheotherparty'sConfidentialInformationexceptasrequiredfortheperformanceofth
