3、d/orincludingallbusiness,technical,andfinancialinformation(including,itation,specificcustomerrequirements,customerandpotentialcustomerlists,marketingand promotionalinformation,tradesecret,copyright,andtrademarkinformation,andinformationconcerningapartysemployees,agents,divisions,pr
4、actices,policies,operations,andpricinginformation),asationreceivedfromothersthatDisclosingPartyisobligatedtotreatasconfidential.Exceptasotherent,thetermDisclosingPartyalsoincludesallAffiliatesoftheDisclosingPartyand,exceptasotherReceivingPartyalsoincludesallAffiliatesoftheReceivingP
5、arty.AnAffiliatemeansanyperson,partnership,jointventure, corporationorotherformofenterprise,domesticorforeign,includingbutnotlimitedtosubsidiaries,thatdirectlyorindirectly,control,arecontrolledby,orareundermoncontrolationshallnotincludeanyinformation,hoeknoationtoReceivingPartypurs
