1、郑州工业应用技术学院本科生毕业论文中小企业人力资源管理外包风险及对策研究--以A公司为例题目：中小企业人力资源外包风险管理研究摘要：随着我国信息技术、互联网技术的发展，现代社会已经逐步迈入网络信息化的时代，企业要想跟上时代的步伐，必须增强自身的竞争力。在这样的竞争环境下，企业经营者开始意识到自身实力的不足、人力资源的匮乏，因此，许多企业将自己的人力资源管理部分交给了外包公司进行操作，以此来提高自身的资源利用率和工作效率。但是，外包人力资源企业多为中小型民营企业，其自身存在着管理制度问题，且人力资源的输入和输出方式
