2、-538,461-480,10-29,43-55,212-227,284-301和487-501氨基酸残基的区域内,合成这些候选表位肽段并应用EILSA法,分别以小鼠抗OVA66单抗及多抗、兔抗OVA66多抗及17例OVA66抗体阳性的癌症患者血清作为一抗筛选肽段,以大于空白孔OD值2倍作为阳性,发现小鼠多抗作用于肽段P2(OVA66片段2内)和P5(OVA66片段1内),兔多抗作用于肽段P8(OVA66片段2内),而1例癌症患者作用于肽段P9(OVA66片段3内)。结论:本研究成功构建了重组载体pET28a
