2、MHV右半肝体积，并计算时间。然后将相I司数据导入Argus软件计算拿肝体积、含MHV右半肝体积及不含MHV右半肝体积，并计算所用时间。采用直线相关分别对比手工测量、Argus测星与术中测量肝右叶体积的相关性；采用配对t检验对比2种检查方法所需时间的差异。结果32名供肝者右半肝体积手工测最、Argus测量和术中测量结果分别为(813±187)、(807±181)和(7134-137)mm3，手工测量、Argus测最和术中测得的右半肝体积问均有相关关系(r值分别为0．884和0．897，P值均<0．05)。手工和采用Argus测量所需
