1、高校辅导员鉴别性胜任力状况研究中文摘要中文摘要辅导员制度在我国起步较早，1933年，中国工农红军大学设立的政治指导员制度其实就是辅导员制度的前身。1953年，清华大学率先提出并实施了辅导员制度。建国61年来，作为大学生思想政治教育骨干力量的辅导员，为高校的发展做出了重要贡献。在新时期，高校思想政治教育面临着新问题和新挑战，辅导员在高校思想政治教育中的作用将更加明显。2006年，教育部召开了第一次高校辅导员队伍建设会议，明确提出了建立一支高水平辅导员队伍的重要性与必要性。本文就是在此背景下，查阅国内外胜任力研究的相关文献，结合辅导员工作实际，通过问卷
