1、中文摘要目的多药耐药性(multi—drugresistance,MDR)是导致急性白血病(Acuteleukemi-a,AL)化疗失败的主要原因。通过对AL患者外周血谷胱甘肽S转移酶一1r(GST一百)和肺耐药相关蛋白(1ungresistance—relatedprotein,LRP)基因及其编码蛋白的检测,探讨两种基因及其编码蛋白与急性白血病患者多药耐药性的关系,它们之间是否存在相关性,以及与AL临床分型、白细胞计数的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(RQ—PCR)检测44例AL患者及27例正常人外周血单个核细胞Gsr
