4、ntevaporationmethod.TheER510006,GuangdongProvince,ChinaandDLwereusedasthemainguiders.SingefactortestwasusedinordertofindtheeffectofallkindsofparametersontheNP’spreparation,andthenNP’sformulationswereoptimizedbyorthogonaldesigntest.PanYi-ming★,RESULTSANDCONCLUSION:Theoptimalpreparationconditio
5、nsofNPsweredeterminedthroughorthogonalexperiment.Studyingformaster’sTheoptimaltechniqueparameterswerefollowed:watertoorganicratioof10:1,polymerconcentrationof15g/L,drugdegree,DepartmentofBiomedicalconcentrationof3g/L,emulsifierTPGSconcentrationof0.03%.NPspreparedundertheoptimumconditionweresp
