7、表现,大量蛋白尿可引起肾小管及间质的损伤和炎症。而与白蛋白(albumin,Alb)结合的游离脂肪酸(freefatacids,FFAs)通过脂毒性,引起细胞功能障碍和损伤,参与了肾间质损伤的过程。已有研究表明饱和脂肪酸棕榈酸(Palmiticacids,PA)可诱导非脂肪细胞的损伤和凋亡。脂毒性包含了多种应激反应,如内质网应激和氧化应激等。内质网应激通过未折叠蛋白反应(unfoldedproteinresponse,UPR)维持细胞内环境的稳态。但持久强烈的ERS会通过内质网相关性死亡途径(ER-associateddeath),引起细胞凋亡。肝脏型脂肪酸结合
