1、西北大学硕士学位论文N-β-羟乙基乙二胺的合成研究姓名:肖清贵申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:刘荣杰20030501摘要本文简要介绍了N.B.羟乙基乙二胺的物理化学性质、生产状况以及相关用途。本课题组在查阅国内外文献的基础上,对目前各种合成工艺路线进行了分析比较,最后选定以环氧乙烷和乙二胺为原料的塔式精馏反应路线。通过单因素试验和正交试验对合成过程的影q自因素进行了研究,确定了合成N.8.羟乙基乙二胺的最佳工艺条件。最后以双膜模型理论为指导,建立了该气液反应的宏观动力学模型。结果表明:1.合成过程的最佳工艺条件为
