1、小学教师绩效考核实施研究——以京溪小学为例教育管理专业研究生：何秀芳指导教师：戴艳摘要：欧美国家比较重视教师考评体系的建设，在这方面已经取得了很多先进的成果，而我国教师绩效管理才处于初步阶段，在高校教师绩效考评方面已经形成了比较科学和系统的考评体系，但是适用于小学教师的考评体系方面的研究较少，严重阻碍了小学老师的发展。论文在对相关理论的国内外的研究文献进行的整理和总结后，专门就我国小学教师绩效考评方面急需解决的问题确定了本文的研究思路和方法，为构建京溪小学的综合绩效考评体系提供了理论支撑。其次在对京溪小学的
