3、38percents(P=0.004).Conclusion:Comparedwithlumbarfusionoperation,Dynesysisalsoaneffectiveandalternativesurgicalprocedureforlumbardegenerativedisease.DynesysisabletoreservesegmentalROMofthestabilizedsegmentsandavoidhypermobilityattheadjacentsegments.Meanwhile,inter

4、vertebraldiscrehydrationemerges,whichmayindicatethatDynesyscanacceleraterepairofdisctissue.However,therealsohassomeproblemsafterDynesysnon-fusionoperation,suchastheobviouslossesofintervertebralspaceheightattheoperatedsegmentsandcompensatorysegmentallordosisoftheup
