2、ticularcartilageofRabbitskneeosteoarthritis，anddiscusstheeffectoftheFluidofJianbuTongluoFumigationonarticularcartilage.Methods：4～6monthstwentysixNewZealandwhiterabbitswerechose,halfmaleandhalffemale.Sixrabbitsofthemwererandomlyselectedasblankgroup,andthetwentyof
3、themweremadeintokneeosteoarthritisbymodifiedHulthmethod.Afterfourweeks,thetwoofthemwererandomlychosetoverifythatthemoldwassuccessfulbyhematoxylin-eosinstainingandpathologicalchangesthroughmicroscope.Theneighteenrabbitswererandomlydividedintomodelgroup,fumigation
4、groupandcalcitoningroup.TherabbitsinFumigationgroupwerefumigatedwiththefluidofJianbuTongluofumigationoneatatime.Calcitoningroupwerecuredwithcalcitoninintramuscularlyonetimeaday.Aftertwentydays,allrabbitsweresacrificed.Afterthat,Iwouldobserverabbit’sgeneralconfig
5、urationofarticularcartilagebyeyesandmicroscope.Last,usingPCRtechniquetodetecttheexpressionofERK1/2、p38MAPK、JNK.Results：(1)Generalmorphologicalobservation:normalgrouparticularcartilage’sappearance,colorandsurfacewerenormal,andsubchondralbonewasn’texposed.Modelgro
6、up’sarticularsurfaceisrough,thecolorisdark,articularcartilagewasexposedandalargenumberofedgenumerousosteophytewereformed;Calcitoningroupandfumigationgroup,cartilagesurfacewerelessthannormalgroup,individualareas’colorweredark,andwecanseealittleofosteophyte.(2)HEs
