1、大连医科大学硕士学位论文者腰背部疼痛症状大部缓解或消失，外观矫正满意，生活质量明显提高。术后无死亡、瘫痪、和感染发生。术后随访2例患者出现并发症，1例病人无骨质疏松合并症，术后2个月复查出现椎弓根钉退钉现象；另外1例病人，合并骨质疏松，多发胸椎骨折，术后即出现左侧伸踝肌力减弱，出现椎弓根钉退出现象及内固定铰链断裂。余病人末次随访未发现螺钉松动、退钉及断棒现象，截骨部位骨面闭合良好。因随访时间较短，目前并无可靠依据计算截骨断端融合率。结论后路经椎体间截骨、保留后纵韧带完整、联合椎弓根螺钉、钛网支撑内固定术，手术安全，出血量少，手术时间短，并发
