4、mthatbestmatchestheirbandwidth.Whilethisrobustnessandthatexploitsapplication-levelknowledge.approachhastheadvantageofbeingsimple,itsuffersfromanumberofdrawbacks.ItiswastefulofbandwidthI.INTRODUCTIONonlinkssharedbystreamsofdifferentrates,ittypicallycanonlyacc
