1、安徽医科大学硕士学位论文其余步骤同手术组。分别于注射USPl0后第24h,48h、72h扫描,MR信号改变采用病变侧信号/对侧相应区域信号计算方法。每组动物在行最后一次扫描后立即过量麻醉处死,断头取脑,标本送常规病理及免疫组化检查,光镜观察。实验期间动物如有死亡,予以补充。所有数据采用SPSS10.0统计软件包进行正态性检验、方差分析等处理,以均数士标准差表示,P<0.05视为有统计学意义。结果模型组缺血区在T2WI上呈高信号,T1WI不敏感。TCC染色缺血梗死部位淡染,和正常脑组织(染成红色)对比明显。USPIoT
