1、扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖对6-OHDA诱导SH.SY5Y细胞氧化应激与凋亡的保护机制研究摘要目的:研究扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖(ss.GAG)对6.羟基多巴胺(6.OHDA)诱导的人神经母瘤细胞株SH.SY5Y丙二醛(MDA)含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、早期凋亡率以及凋亡相关基因Bax、Bcl.2与蛋白CytC、Caspase.9表达的影响,探讨SS.GAG保护多巴胺能神经元的作用机制。方法:体外培养SH.SY5Y细胞,随机分为对照组、6-OHDA损伤组和6-OHDA+SS.GAG(200、400和800uedml)处理组。测定细胞中MDA含量和LDH活性,AnnexinV-FITC/PI
