1、摘要本文通过对两个企业不同的实际情况进行针对性的比照,采用理论阐述与实证比较相结合的方法,去分析战略人力资源管理对企业组织绩效的重要影响,并深入探索人力资源管理对企业绩效的作用基理,进一步揭示宏达股份公司战略人力资源管理中的亮点及存在的问题和不足,研究其更加完善可行的人力资源管理思路,从而得出民营企业实施战略人力资源管理的有效对策。论文从研究宏达股份公司战略及人力资源管理实证入手,应用相关的战略人力资源管理理论,通过人力资源绩效管理、薪酬管理、人力资源培训与开发等方面的理论阐述和实证研究,最终应证人力资源之于企业不是“成本”而是“
