2、红曲霉转化条件.[结果]红曲霉菌YM3207菌株在YPD液体培养基中28°C,200r/min下培养3d作为种子培养条件最为合适;采用固体发酵方式,以屮药葛根为底物,10%接种量,28°C培养10d为红曲霉菌最佳转化条件;培养基组成为葛根粉:鲜豆渣:米粉为1:1:1,含水量为50%时,能够获得较高葛根素含量的转化产物•[结论]采用该条件发酵转化葛根能够提高葛根主要有效成分含量•利用微生物转化提高中药药效是可行的.关键词红曲霉;葛根;发酵条件屮图分类号S188文献标识码A文章编号0517—6611(2010)04—01707—02StudyonthesnHdFermentaf
