3、tedtofinanceandself-insureagainstold-agehealthexpensesgiventheabsenceofcompletepublichealthcarefortheelderly,andthatnursinghomeexpensesplayanimportantroleinthesavingsofthewealthyandonaggregate.Moreover,wefindthattheaggregateanddistributionaleffectsofpublichealthcareprov
