3、hereductionofmitochondrialadenosinetriphosphate(ATP),theincreaseofROS,thesharpeningofitsdamage,andaseriesofchangesoftheturbulenceofneuroendocrinesystem.Therearemanytheoriesaboutthemechanismofageing,amongwhichtherelationshipbetweenfreeradicalandageingiswidelyattended.RespectingUCP2candepres
4、sthelevelofROS,wesupposethatUCP2mayparticipateintheanti·oxidativedamage,consequentlyperformthefunctionofstavingoffageingbyreducingtheoxidativedamageofmediateROScells.Ontheotherhand,UCP2canreducetheprotongradientsacrossinmitochondriamembrane,SOprotoncanentergrassrootsdirectlyinsteadofpartic
