1、苏州大学硕士学位论文省直管县财政体制改革研究--以江苏昆山为例姓名：胡卉申请学位级别：硕士专业：公共管理指导教师：金太军2012-10省直管县财政体制改革研究一以江苏昆山为例中文摘要近几年来，省直管县财政管理体制在我国很多省份开始实施，成为了我国现阶段地方财政体制改革的一大热点。本文运用财政分权理论，以江苏昆山为例，通过分析省直管县前后昆山市财政、经济发展、社会事业三个方面的统计数据，得出省直管县财政管理体制对昆山市的影响。结果显示：在已经步入发展快车道的江苏昆山实施的省直管县财政体制改革并没有涉及到事权、支出责任与财权的划分这样的核心内容，同时人事任
