1、提要目的：研究解毒通络法对脓毒症血管内皮细胞功能的影响，为临床上脓毒症的中医辨证治疗提供思路。方法：选择2010年9月—2012年3月间收治于山东中医药大学附属医院重症医学科病房的60例脓毒症毒瘀阻络证患者，随机分为两组，治疗组（30例，采用西医常规治疗+解毒通络组方中药），对照组（30例，采用西医常规治疗），进行前瞻性对照研究。于入选当天、治疗第1天、第3天、第5天、第7天、第14天观测APACHEHⅡ评分、中医症候评分、血管性假性血友病因子（vWF）、内皮素-1（ET-1）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）等指标。采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析。结果

2、：治疗第5天、第7天、第14天治疗组和对照组APACHEHⅡ评分、中医症候评分、血管性假性血友病因子（vWF）、内皮素-1（ET-1）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）水平均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.01），并且治疗组较对照组降低更明显（P<0.01）。治疗28天后治疗组较对照组死亡率明显下降（P<0.01）。结论：解毒通络法对脓毒症有较好的治疗作用。关键词脓毒症；解毒通络法；血管内皮细胞；临床研究TheclinicalstudiesofDetoxificationandCollateralsonthefunctionofthevascularendothel
