1、提要目的:通过观察益气解毒汤对脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者的临床疗效,及其对血清免疫学指标的作用,初步探讨益气解毒法治疗脓毒症瘀毒内阻证的作用机制。方法:将80例脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用益气解毒汤,观察两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、APACHEⅡ评分、血清免疫学指标及28天死亡率,比较治疗组和对照组的疗效。结果:益气解毒汤能有效降低脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者的中医症状评分、APACHEⅡ评分,改善血清免疫学指标,降低患者28天死亡率。经统计学分析,治疗组疗效优于对照组(p<0
