1、提要目的：通过观察益气解毒汤对脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者的临床疗效，及其对血清免疫学指标的作用，初步探讨益气解毒法治疗脓毒症瘀毒内阻证的作用机制。方法：将80例脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用益气解毒汤，观察两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、APACHEⅡ评分、血清免疫学指标及28天死亡率，比较治疗组和对照组的疗效。结果：益气解毒汤能有效降低脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者的中医症状评分、APACHEⅡ评分，改善血清免疫学指标，降低患者28天死亡率。经统计学分析，治疗组疗效优于对照组（p＜0
