2、fracturesweretreatedwithlockingcompressionplate(LCP)combinedwithMIPPO.21patientswereatleftknees,23wereatrightknees,1wereatbilateralknees,30concomitantfibulafractures.Therewere26casesmaleand19casesfemaleagingfrom20to68(mean38.2).Preoperativeevaluationofsofttissueclearsthetimingofsurgery;insurge

3、ry,weshouldpayattentiontotheprotectionofthesofttissue,thereasonablechoiceoffixationanditsfixedway;aftersurgery,weshouldguidepatientstodolimbfunctionandrehabilitationexercisetoreducetheincidenceofcomplications.Thesepatientswerefollowedupfrom12monthsto14yearswithanaveragetime12.5months.X-rayre-i

4、nspectedregularly,observedthestationsoftibialfracturehealing,andcheckedthepostoperativecomplicationsandtheactivitiesofanklefunction.Results:Allfracturereachedbonehealing.Press:toJohner-Wruhsjointfunctionassessmentstandards:45caseswerefollowedup,12weekspostoperationexcellentin23,goodin12,fairin
