2、bysurgicaltreatmentinShandongUniversityofTCMAffilliatedHospitalOrthopaedicsPatients'Rooms.Therewere29casesmaleand19casesfemaleagingfrom20to70(mean39.8).21operationswereatleftknees,27wereatrightknees,31concomitantfibulafractures.Preoperativeclinicalandimagingstudytoassess,inparticularthe
3、extentofsofttissueinjuryassessment,todeterminethetimingofsurgery.Surgery,makeattentionofthechoiceofintraoperativeincision,softtissueprotection,thechoiceoffixationmethods.Guidepatientstodopostoperativerehabilitationtraining,aswellastakethenecessarymeasurestopreventcomplications.Allthepat
4、ientswerefollowedupfor1year.ApplicationJohner-Wruhsanklefunctionscore,observetheclinicaleffect.Results:48caseswerefollowedup,3monthspostoperationexcellentin21,goodin17,fairin57,andpoorin3,and79.17%excellentorgoodresultswereobtained;oneyearpostoperationexcellentin26,goodin17,fairin5,andp
5、oorin0.89.58%excellentorgoodresultswereobtained.Conclusion:UsingMIPPOtechnologywiththeLCPtreatmentofdistalTibialfracturecanhaveexcellantclinicaleffect.Tofullyassessthepre-operativefractureandcombinedinjuries,chooseareasonablewayofoperationandfixed.Themergerdealwithinjuryandfracturesofth
