1、AbstractIcenucleationactive bacteria (referred toasINAbacteria) isa widespread classofmicroorganismsinthe nature,itcaninduce waterfrost inplantcellsunder 2~ 3 ℃,however without the existence ofINAbacteria plantsresistantthe risk offrost damageunder 6 ~ 7 ℃low temperature. Thisprovestha
2、tthe icenucleationbacteria isanimportant factorthatinduceand increase frost damage.Teaplantoriginated inChina'ssouthwestwhere ismore warmand humid areas,itisweak towithstand low temperatures.Inthe presenceofINAbacteria,itsresistance tolow temperature isweaker.Researchonthe pointofmicro
3、biologicalprovidesan importantwayofresistantcetothe teafreezing damage.Throughthisexperimentona strainoficenucleationactive bacteria separated fromthe teaplant,wedid identify,medicamentcontroland antagonistcontrolto the strainofINAbacteria, itprovidesthe oreticalbasisforantifreezenfrom
4、the perspective ofmicroorganismsto teaplant.Inthisstudy,wesampled fromthe teaplantwhen the temperature decreased in November 2009,the sampling covering the entireteagarden,nottothe teatypesassampling criteria. We isolated one strainofINAbacteria fromsamples,the strain’sdrip reached 85%
5、frozenrate under 5℃in2 min,anicenucleicellneedsabout 5.4× 310 cells,the strainhasa strong icenuclearactivity.The totalDNAextraction,PCRamplificationof16SrDNAsequencecomparisonanalysis,the strainhasa veryhigh homologywithCurtobacteriumflaccumfaciens,reaching 99%.At 5 ℃condition,the inhi
