4、ratiooftheanteroposteriordiameteroftheabdomentOthetransversediameterwasmeasured(measuredatthelevelwheretheleftrenalveincrossestheaortaandexcludingthesubcutaneousfat).Renalthickness,separationoftherenalpelvisandrenalcalyx,renalpelvisdiameterweremeasured,basedonthedataobtainedf

5、romtherightkidney4.Animalsweresacrificedat26haftersurgery,50gofrightlivertissuesandupperl/8oftherightkidneytissuewerereserved,anddividedinto2parts:onepartofspecimenwereweighedandthenplacedina60。Cdryingovenfor3days.Theotherpartofspecimenwerefixedin10%formalin,embeddedinparaffi

6、n,sliced,performedhematoxylin—eosin(HE)staining,andthenobservedunderthelightmicroscopeResults1.TheIAHmodelwassuccessfullyestablishedin8of12minipigs(66.7%),3minipigsdiedduetoarhythmiawhenanesthetized,1duetoportalveinrupture,2duetOhemorrhagicshock.Theaveragebodyweightwas22.9±1.

7、7Kg,withbaselineMAPof18±14·3mmHg.ExsanguinationwasperformeduntilachievingaMAPof50mmHg,withexsanguinationvolumeof648±98m1.Therequiredtimeforachievingsuccessfulanimalmodelwas3.20+0.60h.Twoanimals(maximumIVPof17.6mmHgand19.2mmHg,respectively)showedrectalprolapseandstressurinaryi
