1、Chinese3ournaf0fNeWDrugs2010,19(22)盐酸戊乙奎醚对创伤失血性休克复苏后大鼠急性肺损伤的影响赵子松,张良成,周琳瑛(1福州市第二医院麻醉科,福州350007;2福建医科大学附属协和医院麻醉科,福州350001;3福建医科大学电子显微镜室,福州350004)[摘要]目的:探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚对大鼠创伤失血性休克复苏后肺组织急性炎性损伤的影响。方法:制作创伤失血性休克大鼠模型,取各组大鼠的肺组织标本,测定肺组织湿/干重比,光镜下观察肺组织形态学损伤情况,免疫组织化学和WesternBlot方
2、法半定量分析TNF—,核转录因子.KB(NF—KB)、抑制因子.KB(I-KB)的表达情况。结果:与空白对照(S)组比较,模型对照(R1)、盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗(R2)组的肺湿/干重比和TNF一表达显著增高(P<0.01),胞浆I-KB明显降解(P<0.05),NF—KB向细胞核内转移明显;R2组与R1组比较,肺组织湿/干重比显著降低(P<0.05),炎症细胞浸润和水肿程度均较R1组有所改善,TNF—的胞浆表达也较R1组低(P<0.05);NF—KB向胞核转移较R1组明显减少;WesternBlot蛋白半定量分析可见R
