2、onofsodiumalginateediblefilm.Filmpropertiesweremodifiedbyltrasonicandmicrowaveinordertoobtainbetterones.TeaPolyphenolsWasaddedintOsodiumalginateediblesolutionasanaturalantimicrobialagenttoprepareantimicrobialalginate-basedediblefilm.Antimicrobial,Activitytransparency,TensileStrength,Elongation,and

3、WaterVaporPermeabilityWasusedastheindexthemostoptimumadditionofTeapolyphenolswasobtained.Onthisbasis,themostoptimumediblesolutionWasappliedtoavoidwaterlosswithdifferentcoolingmethodsoneatingqualityofporkandensurechilledporkkeepfreshduringstorage,andthismethodachievedsatisfactoryresults.Theresultsw

4、eresummarizedasfollows:SodiumaiginateediblepackingfilmWasobtained.Theresultshowedthatwhenalginatesodiumconcentrationwas3%(w/v),glycerol1%(w/v),dryingat55。Cfor6h,thefilmhadthebestproperties.Effectsofultrasonicwaveandmicrowavetreatmentonthepropertiesofsodiumalginateediblefilmwerestudied.Theresultedi

5、ndicatedthatbothultrasonicwaveandmicrowavetreatmentcouldimprovepropertiesofsodilumalginatefilm.Theediblesolutionwastreatedbyultrasonicwave,whenthepowerWas300w,timeWas10min,thefilmgotbetterproperties,;thefilmtreatedbymicrowave,undertheconditionof15s,powerWasmediumheat,thefilmgotbetterproperties.Com

6、paredthefilmsmadebyultrasonicwaveandmicrowaveundertheoptimumfilm-makingcondition,theresultshowedthattheeffectofultrasonicwavewasbetterthanmicrowave.Thefilmgotbetterpropertieswithuntransicwavetreatment.TeapolyphenolsWasaddedintoediblesolutionbyultrasonicwavetreatmenttoobtainantimicrobialsodiumalgin
