2、’Slivelihood．However,innowadaysthesuccessrateofERPprojectimplementationofthesteelindustryinChinaislowandtheeffectoftheERPisunsatisfactory．Comparedwithforeignsteelcompanies，therearestilllargegapsintheinformatizationoftheenterprise．Thecausetothisphenomenonisthatthereisnoclearandeffectiveprojectevalu

3、ationmanagementsystemofERP．Inthispaper,authorhadaresearchonhowtoevaluatetheERPprojectofthesteelenterprises．Inthispaper,firstlythesignificancetheERPprojectevaluationofthesteelcompanieswaselaborated，andthetheoryofthelocalandforeignexpertintheERPprojectevaluationwassummarized．ThenthetheoryofERPprojec

4、tevaluationofsteelcompaniesandthemainevaluationmethodwereanalyzed．Withthetheory,authorestablishedtheERPprojectevaluationmanagementindexsystemofsteelcompaniesbasedontheBSC(BalancedScoreCard)anddeterminedtheindexweightbyAHP(AnalyticHierarchyProcess)．Lastly,thepapertooktheERPprojectoftheSinosteelCorp
