1、H型高血压患者血清ADMA和血脂水平变化及其意义颜培实大连市中心医院心内一科摘要：目的:探讨II型高血压患者血清非对称性二甲基精氨酸（ADMA）、血脂水平的变化及其临床意义。方法：以2014年3月P15年8月在我院接受治疗的110例高血压患者为观察对象，并根据其血清同型半胱氨酸（Hey）水平分为H型高血压组（45例）和非H型高血压组（65例），同时选取50例健康成年人作为对照组。观察三组血清ADMA、血糖和血脂水平的差异，分析血清ADMA与血糖和血脂水平的相关性。结果:三组患者ADMA和MBG水平由高到低分别为:11型高血压组、非II型高血压组和对照组，差异具有统计学意义;三组患

2、者的TC.LDL-C和TG水平由高到低分别为H型高血压组、非H型高血压组和对照组，HDL-C水平由高到低分别为对照组、非H型高血压组和H型高血压组，差异具有统计学意义;血清ADMA水平与MBG、TC、LDL-C和TG水平正相关,与HDL-C水平负相关。结论:H型高血压患者血清ADMA水平较高，且与患者的血脂和血糖水平显著相关。关键词：高血压;同型半胱氨酸;非对称性二甲基精氨酸;血脂;血糖;作者简介：颜培实，E-mail:wxbu80@aliyun.com收稿日期：2017-09-02ChangesandsignificanceofserumADMAandserumlipidlev
