1、-山西财经大学硕士学位论文摘要近年来,随着经济加快发展,我国食品企业在迎来发展机遇和发展空间的同时,也面临着各种挑战。一系列食品安全问题的出现,引起各方的关注，食品安全问题不断涌现,企业之间的过度竞争,放弃道德和良心,牺牲消费者利益。食品企业的终极目标是赢利,那么除了赚钱外,还有其他的使命存在。竞争与社会责任不是完全对立的,利润的获取也并不必然地伴随着社会道德的沦丧或堕落,在很大意义上，食品企业的发展壮大和履行社会责任要依赖于社会道德规范的约束和支撑。食品安全和健康是人类世代存在和繁衍的基础，食品安全社会责任的履行是涉及到国计民生的大事，食品企业的社会责任一直是社会所关注

2、的焦点,加强食品企业的道德建设,对我国现代化的精神文明建设和物质文明建设都有及其重大的意义。面对我国的企业伦理现状,必须加强企业道德建设,树立道德标杆。本文着重分析食品企业社会责任问题,一方面,是为了维护消费者身心健康，提高整个社会的社会责任意识；另一方面,通过提高企业社会责任法律规范，制裁不履行社会责任、危害公众安全的食品企业，让公众的监督意识加强，逐渐让食品企业的社会责任意识变成一种根深蒂固的思想。关键词:食品，食品企业，社会责任------1------食品企业社会责任分析ABSTRACTInrecentyearswiththeincreasingdevelopme
