6、hinthescopeofconstruction,renovationandprotectionactivities,mustabidebytheregulations.ThechannelmanagementofthechannelshallbegovernedbytheregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonwaterwayregulation.Article3themanagementscopeoftherivershallbe:theriverchannelsthathavedikesarethew
