3、ttheprotectionoffisheryenvironmentandthemanagementofaquaticwildlifeThesixthchapter,legalresponsibilityTheseventhchapteristhesupplementaryprovisionsAdoptedbythesixthmeetingoftheStandingCommitteeofthefourteenthpeople'sCongressoftheTianjinonOctober30,2003,itisherebypromulgatedandshall

4、comeintoeffectonJanuary1,2004.StandingCommitteeofTianjinMunicipalPeople'sCongressOctober30,2003ChapterIGeneralProvisionsThefirstistoprotect,proliferation,strengthenthedevelopmentoffisheryresourcesinthecityandthereasonableuse,protectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsoffisheryproducers,

5、ensuringfisheryproductionsafetyandqualityofaquaticproducts,andpromotethesustainabledevelopmentoffishery,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinafisherylaw"andotherlawsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualsituationofthecity,theenactmentofthisordinance.Articlesecondunitsandindividualsen

6、gagedinfisheryproductionandfisheryactivitieswithintheadjacentadministrativeareasofthisMunicipalityandintheadjacentareasunderadministrationshallabidebytheseregulations.UnitsandindividualsengagedintheproductionofPelagicFisheriesorengaginginfisheryproductioninthewatersunderthejurisdic

7、tionofneighboringcountriesshallabidebytherelevantprovisionsoftheseregulations.TheThirdMunicipalfisheryadministrativedepartmentisinchargeoffisheryworkinthewholecity.Theagriculturalareaandthefisheryadministrativedepartmentresponsiblefortheadministrativeareaofthefishery;onewithinthede
