3、gistrationappraiserandtheassetappraisalinstitutionThefourthchapter,assetevaluationThefifthchapter,legalresponsibilityThesixthchapteristhesupplementaryprovisionsChapterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1inordertoadapttothedevelopmentofsocialistmarketeconomy,regulatethebehaviorofassetvaluation,strengthentheman

4、agementoftheassetappraisalindustry,themaintenanceofassetownersandoperators,usersandotherlegitimaterightsandinterestsoftheparties,inaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations,theenactmentofthisordinance.Thesecondassetassessmentistheassessmentandestimationofthevalueofassetsbyalegallyqualifiedasseteva

5、luationinstitutionanditsprofessionals.ArticlethirdtheseRegulationsshallapplytotheassetappraisalactivitieswithintheadministrativeareaofthisprovince.Wherethereareotherprovisionsinlawsorregulations,suchprovisionsshallprevail.Articlefourththeprovincialpeople'sGovernmentauthorizestheadministrativedepartm

6、entinchargeoftheadministrationofassetappraisalindustrytobeunderunifiedadministration(hereinafterreferredtoastheadministrativedepartmentforassetappraisal)toberesponsiblefortheimplementationandsupervisionoftheseregulations.ThesecondchaptermanagementresponsibilitiesArticlefifththeadministrativedepartme
