2、Article1withaviewtostrengtheningtheprotectionoftheYangtzeriverfisheriesresources,breedingandrationalutilization,protectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsoffisheryproducers,andpromotethedevelopmentoftheYangtzeriverfisheriesproduction,accordingtothe"fisheriesl
3、awofthePeople'sRepublicofChina"and"thewildanimalprotectionlawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina"andrelevantlawsandregulations,theserules.Article2allunitsandindividualsengagedinfisheryproductionorrelatedactivitiesinthewatersoftheYangtzeriveranditstongjiangwaters
4、mustabidebytheseprovisions.Article3theYangtzeriverfisheryresourcesmanagementcommitteeshallberesponsibleforthemanagementandcoordinationofthefisheryresourcesoftheYangtzeriver.TheofficeoftheYangtzeriverfisheryresourcesmanagementcommittee(thefisheriesandfishe
