1、妇产科手术后再次腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的效果研究［摘要］目的研宄妇产科手术后再次腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的治疗效果。方法方便抽取该院妇产科2009年1月一2017年2月收治的异位妊娠手术后复发患者100例临床资料进行分析，根据随机数字法将100例患者分成两组，其中50例患者实施开腹手术治疗为对照组，另外50例患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗为观察组，对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间min，术中出血量mL，排气时间h，住院时间d,切口愈合时间d;对照组手术时间min，术中出血量mL，排气时间h,住院时间d，切口愈合时间d;观察组手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、住院时间等

2、明显短于对照组，观组切口愈合时间短于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义；观察组感染发生率1.19%,肿胀发生率1.19%,令尿管损伤1.19%,肠管损伤率1.19%；对照组感染率11.90%,肿胀发生率16.67%,输尿管损伤发生率17.86%，肠管损伤率17.86%,观察组感染，肿胀及肠管、输尿管等损伤明显低于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义。结论妇产科手术后再次腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠疗效理想，可以明显缩短患者排气时间和住院时间，减少术中出血量，缩短切口愈合时间，减少术后并发症，疗效安全可靠，值得推广应用。［关键词］妇产科；手术后；腹腔镜；异位妊娠［中图分
