1、中药足疗促进老年腹部手术患者胃肠功能恢复的疗效探讨［摘要］目的探令中药足疗对老年腹部手术患者胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法随机选取2016年6—10月行腹部手术的老年患者100例，随机数字表分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组予以老年人腹部手术护理常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上联合中药足疗，观察两组术后肠鸣音恢复及肛门恢复排气的时间，腹胀情况，首次排便的时间。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复早于对照组，两组比较术后12h前肠鸣音恢复例数分别为15例和9例，术后30h后肠鸣音恢复例数分别为12例和27例；观察组肛门排气时间早于对照组，两组比较肛门

2、排气时间60h的例数分别为9例和25例；观察组腹胀发生率低于对照组，两组比较未发生腹胀情况的例数分别为32例和19例，发生重度腹胀的例数为5例和13例；观察组首次排便时间早于对照组，两组比较首次排便时间96h的例数分别为35例和45例。结论中药足疗能促进老年腹部手术患者胃肠功能的恢复。［关键词］中药足疗；老年患者；腹部手术；胃肠功能［中图分类号］R473.6［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-074204-0172-03[Abstract]ObjectiveToobservetheeffectofTCMpedicureinpr
