1、.人本德育：高校德育模式的新生命摘要人本德育，就是指德育应该以人为本，即德育应以对人的深刻理解和研究为出发点，在德育过程中贯彻人本理念和人性关怀，最终目的是促进人德性的全面发展，培养具有现代道德智慧的人。人本德育的内涵首先是学生主体性与教师主导性的统一，其次是德育共性与学生个性的统一，再次是德育理论与实践养成的统一，最后，是传道解惑与情感关怀的统一。与人本德育相互对立的是“非人本德育”，人本德育与知性德育、物本德育、器本德育等几种“非人本德育”相比有着明显的优势。针对高校当前德育存在的目的功利化、过程简单化、内容不合理等“非人本”现象，人本德育提出高校德育的人本构建要
