1、食管癌术后早期肠内营养达标率及影响因素护理研究郭敏卢惠民冯锦珊陈雪梅刘保花(南方医科大学附属顺德第一人民医院心胸乳腺外科广东佛山528300)【摘要】目的:探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养达标率及其影响因素。方法:回顾性分析107例行食管癌根治术的病人,并根据术后第3天肠内营养供给能量是否达到目标需要热卡[25kal/(kg.d)]的60%,将患者分成达标组和未达标组,比较两组早期肠内营养实施率、初始处方热卡、喂养不耐受和营养中断发生率。结果:早期肠内营养达标率为42.9%,达标组早期肠内营养实施率、处方热卡量高于未达标组,喂养不耐受、营养中断的发生人数低于未达标组,差异有统计学意义(P均V0.0
