1、偏远医院红细胞库存水平确定的多属性决策朱明王婧胡慧颖(中国医学科学院<北京协和医学院>输血研宄所四川成都610052)【摘要】目的：为偏远医院确定红细胞库存水平，建立一种多属性决策方法。方法：基于逼近理想解排序决策方法，选取临床急诊用红细胞保证率、临床择期用红细胞保证率以及红细胞库存管理费用为决策属性，建立考虑决策偏好的偏远医院红细胞库存水平多属性决策方法。结果：所构建方法能根据不同的决策偏好，对偏远医院红细胞库存水平备选方案进行排序。结论：应用所构建方法得到的排序结果，可为偏远医院确定适宜的红细胞库存水平提供参考。【关键词】红细胞库存多属性决策逼近理想解排

6、rencebysimilaritytoanidealsolution1引言本文中的偏远医院概念是指，在其临床救治中需要使用红细胞，但距离提供临床用血的血站较远，血站只能定期为其运送。常用的做法是，由偏远医院建立血库并储存-定数量的红细胞，以保证其临床救治对红细胞的需求。但在偏远医院的红细胞库存管理中，需解决如何确定适宜的红细胞库存水平问题，其原因为：一方面，从保证偏远医院临床对红细胞需求的角度来说，维持的红细胞库存水平越高越好；但另一方面，如维持的红细胞库存水平过高，又将面临库存管理费用的增加。从决策论的角度来说，如以适宜的红细胞库存水平作为决策0标，并选取能表征偏远医

7、院红细胞库存水平绩效的主要参数为决策属性，则可将偏远医院红细胞库存水平确定问题作为多属性决策问题进行求解。B前，特别针对医院血液库存管理的研究工作尚不多见，已有的部分相关研究如下：高宝俊等［1】通过建立血液库存系统仿真模型，对大型医院血液库存系统订货点的决策问题进行了仿真分析与研宄；张晓卿［2】应用统计分析方法对所在医院的血液合理库存量范围进行了分析。本文针对偏远医院临床用成分血液中的红细胞库存水平确定问题,基于由Hwang和Yoon［3］于1981年提出的多属性决策方法中的逼近理想解排序法(TechniqueforOrderPrefer
