2、硝基酚,进行葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的体外筛选。结果表明味药食两用中药各提取部,12-α-位均表现出不同程度的葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,且抑制活性普遍高于常用降糖药物α-。丁香和Acarbose肉桂的所有提取部位均表现出较高的抑制活性;榧子的甲醇提取部位及丁香和肉桂的水提取部位活性显著,抑制率在以上。筛选工作为药食两用中药资源的开发利用提供了重要的活性数据参考95%。关键词:药食两用中药葡萄糖苷酶;抑制剂;糖尿病;α-中图分类号文献标志码::;TS202.3R965.2AStudon the inhibitoryactivities of twelve species ofy edible tra
