1、-山西医科大学硕士学位论文肝细胞生长因子与复发性阿弗他溃疡关系的研究摘要目的：通过了解复发性阿弗他溃疡(Recurrentaphthousulcer，RAU)患者溃疡期和间歇期唾液中肝细胞生长因子(Hepatocytegrowthfactor，HGF)质量浓度的差异，初步探讨HGF在RAU发生及愈合中的作用。方法：选择符合纳入标准的30例轻型RAU患者，分别在其溃疡期和间歇期(溃疡愈合后一周内)采集唾液，同期选择30例健康成人采集其唾液，采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay，ELISA)检测三组唾液样本中HGF的质

2、量浓度。统计学分析，采用单因素方差分析(one-wayANOVA)进行三组比较及LSD-t检验进行两两比较。结果：酶联免疫吸附法检测三组唾液样本得出的HGF质量浓度经统计学分析得到结果如下：(1)溃疡期组、间歇期组和对照组三组唾液样本中HGF质量浓度的差异有统计学意义(F=12.63，P<0.01)；(2)RAU患者溃疡期唾液中HGF质量浓度低于间歇期和对照组(LSD-t检验P<0.01)；(3)RAU患者间歇期唾液中HGF质量浓度高于对照组(LSD-t检验P<0.05)。结论：初步说明RAU患者口腔溃疡的发生可能与唾液中HGF质量浓度降低有关，而其自愈可能与
