1、肝细胞生长因子与复发性阿弗他溃疡关系的研究摘要目的：通过了解复发性阿弗他溃疡(Recurrentaphthousulcer,RAU)患者溃疡期和间歇期唾液中肝细胞生长因子(Hepatocytegrowthfactor,HGF)质量浓度的差异，初步探讨HGF在RAU发生及愈合屮的作用。方法：选择符合纳入标准的30例轻型RAU患者，分别在其溃疡期和间歇期(溃疡愈合后一周内)采集唾液，同期选择30例健康成人采集其唾液，采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay,ELISA)检测三组唾液样本

2、中HGF的质量浓度。统计学分析，采用单因素方差分析(one-wayANOVA)进行三组比较及厶SQJ检验进行两两比较。结果：酶联免疫吸附法检测三组唾液样本得出的HGF质量浓度经统计学分析得到结果如下：(1)溃疡期组、间歇期组和对照组三组唾液样本屮HGF质量浓度的差异有统计学意义(E12.63,/^0.01)；(2)RAU患者溃疡期唾液中HGF质量浓度低于间歇期和对照组(LSD-t检验/^0.01)；(3)RAU患者间歇期唾液中HGF质量浓度高于对照组(LSD・t检验戸＜0.05)。结论：初步说明RAU患者口腔溃疡的发生可能
