2、idate:YoonChoHeeSupervisor:Pro.ZhangChuanPingCollegeofEconomicAdministrationChinaUniversityofPetroleum(EastChina)摘要中国已是世界第二大经济体,按照IMF基于购买力平价的统计,2014年人均GDP12880美元,利用世界价值调查数据(WVS),这表明中国已度过经济发展与民生的经济收益阶段,进入经济发展与民生的多样化阶段。随着中国经济的持续增长,中国人民生活水平和购买力不断提高,从而化妆品市场必也快速发展。论文基于韩国化妆品在中国市场的发
3、展现状,首先运用PEST模型对韩国AML化妆品企业在华的政治、经济、社会、技术环境进行了分析,认知了韩国AML化妆品企业在华业务的机会与威胁;用波特五力模型对来自同业间竞争者、新进入者、替代品、供应者以及购买者的竞争环境进行分析,察知了韩国AML化妆品企业的在华市场的优势与劣势;用DELPHI-SWOT混合分析方法对韩国AML化妆品企业在华发展环境进行综合分析,进行了战略选择;最后提出战略实施的保障措施。关键词:化妆品企业;发展战略;PEST分析;Delphi-SWOT分析;波特五力模型iAbstractAccordingtoIMFstatist
