1、护理干预对脊柱外科老年患者术后早期功能锻炼依从性的影响（泸州医学院附属医院脊柱外科四川泸州646000）【摘要】目的：为了提高脊柱外科老年患者术后早期功能锻炼的依从性并减少并发症的发生几率，分析和研宂治疗过程屮实施护理干预的价值和意义。方法：按照随机双盲对照的原则抽取120例于2014年1月至2015年1月在我院脊柱外科治疗的患者作为研究对象并分为对照组和观察组各60例，其屮对照组患者进行传统的护理方案，而观察组患者在传统护理方案的棊础上进行护理干预服务，对比和分析两组患者早期功能锻炼的依从性及对护理服务满意度等。结果：经过统计分析发现，观察组

2、患者其早期功能锻炼的依从性、对疾病知识熟知程度及对护理服务的满意度三方面和对照组患者相比显著占据优势，而并发症的发生率和对照组患者相比显著降低，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05＞。结论：对实施脊柱手术的患者在治疗过程屮采取护理干预方案，不仅可以增加患者对疾病知识的了解、减少并发症发生率，而且有利于患考早期功能锻炼及护患之间建立良好的关系，值得推广和借鉴。【关键词】护理干预；常规护理；脊柱外科；依从性【屮图分类号】R471【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）33-0027-03Effectiveofnursingi
